Wellness Classes and Workshops
My workshops are interactive, approachable, and very practical. They are designed to teach simple nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I rotate different topics throughout the year, focusing on what you need to feel strong, supported, and in control of your health.
Some of the most popular workshops cover things like how to fuel with carbs and fats for strength, the real impact of stress and sleep on your results, staying consistent without relying on motivation, realistic meal planning, and strategies to support long-term progress without burnout.
