During this session, I’ll get to know your goals, past experiences, and why you’re considering health coaching. We’ll discuss any concerns and explore how this program can best support you. Whether you choose to join or not, you’ll leave with practical advice you can apply right away. This session is about setting you up for success and seeing if we’re the right fit to work together.

How the Program Works

Once you join Your Wellness Quest, we’ll connect over video calls every other week for three months. Each session focuses on a key aspect of health and wellness, with strategies that align with your personal goals. You’ll implement those strategies over the following weeks, refining your approach and making observations as you go. We regularly check in on your progress to make sure everything stays aligned and on track.
What happens after three months?
